Free UK tracked shipping on all orders.
Dispatch: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excl. bank holidays).
Delivery: 5–8 working days after dispatch.
You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.
Address changes are possible before dispatch—contact us ASAP.
Orders may arrive in multiple parcels; you’ll receive tracking for each.

30-day returns on most items. Return shipping is free—we’ll email a pre-paid, trackable label.
No restocking fees.
How it works:
1. Email returns@decornest.co.uk with your order number and reason.
2. Receive your RMA + pre-paid label and packing instructions.
3. Pack safely (ideally in original packaging) and drop off with the carrier.
4. We process refunds within 7 days of receipt (your bank may take 3–5 working days to post the credit).
Faulty/incorrect items: we’ll replace or send parts quickly and may not require a return.
Items must be in resaleable condition with all accessories. Exclusions apply (e.g., heavy wear/misuse, personalised items).
This is in addition to your 14-day statutory right to cancel.
All products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
